That's why it's more like Good Times. You know - government housing. Check on that "luxury condo" in two years and see what kind of condition its in. You won't be able to tell the difference between that building and Cabrini-Green in Chicago.
Oh....they're absolutely "movin' on up." The question is - why does everyone else have to pay for it?
