Thanks for my daily belly laugh

I used to watch Bob as part of my own self-directed anger management course, lol. He could put a crank addict to sleep.

"Happy little trees" lol. Great guy.

Absolutely!! He was my idol as a kid. The reason why I started painting, drawing and eventually attended The School of Visual Arts (SVA).

I've seen paintings I considered tasteless but I'll be dam*ed if I'll trust anyone to decide that I can't see them and make my own judgement.

Other than protecting those too young to understand and make their own judgements censorship is dangerous territory. I'd rather have food that's occasionally too spicy than something bland every meal.

I don't necessarily disagree with what you are saying. But, you are missing the point if you think there are not guidelines in place and have been since mass media came into our society decades ago. We got on that slippery slope at least 60-80 years ago.

Paintings are a different story, they don't come over the airwaves. You have to make an effort to seek them out. That being said, paintings can't be displayed anywhere and everywhere that someone might want to display them either.

Anyone remember the old George Carlin routine about the 7 words that you can't say on TV?

Great Story, did you ever let him know that he was your inspiration?

And hopefully there'll be no knee-jerk pandering reaction to change them.

Besides being funny Carlin is a keen observer/commentator on human foibles.

jesse j and al sharpie sharpton are given this power when good people Say NOthing!!!

they know whites and others are afraid of them and they use this to their benefit. blacks who call whites racists just for sneezing are running amok and you guys are letting them

the last election proved that if the people stay home or lose their spine, the bad people will take over and run this country into the ground. We are all afraid to call the terrorists bad people, to call the black so called leaders like jackson and sharpton the problem and the racists, we are afraid to stand up for our country and not feel like we have to bow to the UN, to the worlds opinion.

we are not a country run on what other countries think of us but what we believe in ourselves.

so until we get some real men and women with spines we will continue to see our free speech, our freedom of religion and more taken away by the socialist, euro loving left who want nothing more than to bring this country to its knees.
