I think no less of Gov. Palin for stepping down. The unrelenting media attacks on her personal character was bad enough. But, the left wing media was going after her kids, too. Her family finances were being destroyed by mean spirited and baseless litigation. And that had to stop.
You mean like the "unrelenting"--and I might add "mean spirited and baseless"--attacks she made on Barack Obama?
The woman is a fraud. She poses as a victim because she knows that her clueless, equally loony base will buy it--hook, line, and sinker.

If one didn't know better, one would assume that she thinks that SHE's the president of the United States. Holy Toledo, she has such a HUGE opinion of HERSELF!! She's Napoleon Bonaparte in heels (and don't forget the lipstick). I mean this is what separates us (women) from bulldogs. Her priorities are as follows: (1) Sarah, (2) Sarah, and (3) Sarah and she will do whatever it takes to further her ambitions.
However, the timing, scope and other factors of the single largest expense appear to fit the case Palin filed against herself that cost $187,797 to investigate. That's almost two-thirds of the total $296,042 of all Personnel Board investigations in the last two years.
The article in the Empire is indicative of the type of infighting that has been a hallmark of Palin's behavior in public office.

Who "values" would this be? Never mind that her own administration in Alaska has violated every single one of these "values."
And as for her threats of a lawsuit:
Perhaps Barack Obama should sue Sarah Palin for defamation of character?
And for what "higher calling" has she abandoned the governorship? Being governor was too "low" a calling for it?
What a complete loser this woman is. Leading the pack in her "Iquitarod."
I knew that her quitting was only the beginning of her road to vengeance.
Where in her speech does she threaten any kind of lawsuit?
