I thought you were implying he was president in the link you put up.

But in any case, "this video has been removed by user" doesnt prove anything. What else you got?

It ranks right up there with nixon's guilty speech but at least he had heard the fact which Obama admit he hadn't just before saying that.

..How many #?@*&%$ times does this have to be explained?

He was arrested for DISORDERLY CONDUCT, not " breaking and entering".

Obama has his first "Bush moment"

The Associated Press: Obama rushes to quell racial uproar he helped fire

WASHINGTON — Knocked off stride by a racial uproar he helped stoke, President Barack Obama hastened Friday to tamp down the controversy. Obama, who had said Cambridge, Mass., police "acted stupidly" in arresting black scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr., declared the white arresting officer was a good man and invited him and the professor to the White House for a beer.

WHAT was he thinking commenting on this arrest? Obama was not there, he even stated HIMSELF that he didn't gave all the facts, so WHY say a police officer did something stupid.

Obama should have never commented on this, period. This sends a terrible message to people who are not sure of the police to begin with. Obama needs to apologize to the officer and the public. Just one more thing he has done that shows his lack of experience and knowledge.

I am SOOOOOOO EMBARRASSED he is our President!
and W NEVER said ANYTHING goofy? I have to admit that even I (a fervent Obama supporter) was a little shocked when the President said that. When you say that slightest racial thing in this country, be prepared to be shot down. It stole the attention that healthcare deserved to have unfortunately. that being said, i agree with another poster here that Obama was probably tired and let it slip out. to Officer Crowley's credit, he did not badmouth the President. i think that anything that the President says which concerns race is an ADDED burden that no other President has ever had to deal with. Obama is put under a microscope as no other President has.
