OVER 16 MILLION of those who are uninsured earn $50,000 or more a year!!!!!!!!!!!
You've indicated this at least 5 times on this thread...What exactly is that suppose to mean? We all know that the middle class make up the highest percentage in the US. Where are you guys getting this information. Provide a link.
Why should an American healthcare system be paying for non Americans?
Also AGAIN of the remaining 36 million, over 16 million earn more than $50,000 a year and of that 9 million earn over $75,000.
They can buy their own damned insurance.
And on top of that several million have access to gov. paid healthcare but have not signed up.
This is a solution looking for a problem....
So lets see..
Income of $75000
Minus about $9000 for Federal Income tax
= 66000
minus $3000 State income tax
= 63000
minus $2000 social security
= 61000
minus $7000 Property tax (if living in north east)
= 54000
Minus $1800 x 12 months Mortgage (includes insurance and interest)
= 33000
Minus Living expenses (you know food, children ect)
= 13000
Minus Private insurance
= 4000
Minus Medical Prescription, Dental and Medical Co-payment
= net savings 2500
You think people making $75,000 can't afford health insurance???
LOL...
It is hilarious that now a person making $75,000 a year is poor....only in America.
I see your one of those people who like to try and make your point by reading something totally different into someone's post. Where did I use the word Poor..
My outline is on a person make 75K based on your assumptions that they could afford to purchase their own Medical insurance. That assumption is provided is based on Employer based. If a person has to go out and purchase their own comparable insurance, that so called annual saving would be less. But you and Great day, continue with the rhetoric. Like the Republicans, outline and suggestions without any back-up statistics, cost or information.
Seems your ignorant on processing information. I've found the un-insured information. What WE all on this thread are looking for is the break down that mainly you are providing on the middle class, illegals and percentage per private, uninsured, medicaid and medicare. Your pulling the google card like the typical person that can not Back up what their spewing...
Personally I think you just dislike that so many millions of people who could afford health insurance choose not to and it throws your figures regarding the number of uninsured out of whack...but that is just me.
So anyway how many people of the 37 million Americans actually cannot afford health insurance and have no access to gov. provided care?
