I will keep my insurance coverage but I would like to see healthcare provided to all in America, especially children. That is the humane thing to do and a public health issue for sure.

Many people that will be affected may not be in a position to be as generous
Millions of Americans are currently out of work.. yes.. but how many of those unemployed are actually going to a restaurant and mopping up floors and washing dishes.. or becoming maids??.
Quite a few actually. A hotel here in Las Vegas had a job fair - looking mainly for service workers - maids, housekeeping (cleaning toilets, emptying the trash) - and they had more applicants for jobs then there were jobs - and all were LEGAL residents of the United States.
People who YOU claim would not do the jobs that are.
An apples to apples comparison is that the US spends $6700 per capita.
That would be worse, wouldn't it?
I'm allowing for all those savings we're supposed to see....you know, an optimistic view .
