I'm not all that concerned since I'm 63 and have some immunity to it, but I am concerned about my kids and my grandkids getting sick with it though.

Most overblown story of the year. H1N1 is no worse than a regular case of the flu. If you show signs, just call your doc and get some Tamiflu which will knock it out in a day or two. I am not worried a bit about it. I think the media likes to scare people with the "disease of the week". First they had everybody running to get swine flu shots in the 70s and then they scared people with SARS, bird flu and now this. It is all hype.

Normally I would agree, but I keep hearing about cases of folks dying here in the Vegas area. Right now it doesn't have much to work with, school isn't in session yet (most areas), the weather is nice and warm, and folks are outside a lot. This winter might be a different story, this flu might just pass us by, or it could be the pandemic we have been expecting for a while now.

Panic time, no. Something to consider, yes.

If it does what the 1918 vius did then I'll be concern but not has much as others that have to be in constant contact with people. We will just have tpo wait and see.I get the shot if it gets bad and is avilable to me as its like to be given to those i high contact first from what I hear because of not enough.

I believe this as well. It's a rarer form of the standard seasonal flu. Not a real big deal for most people.

I'm somewhat concerned.
I work in a library and that means dealing with the public.
Some of our patrons are less than sanitary.
We try to clean the computers between patrons and things of that nature. At the same time, I sometimes wonder if all that cleanliness can be a bad thing.
