When Congress starts getting upset at the czar appointments then that means they are scared of their power being usurped.

I say wait until the members of the Cabinet start to become worried ?
Or..how's about a magic number of let's say 500 czars and then someone questions it ?

And then there's the proverbial "well Bush did it". Ok so he did. I thought you guys wanted Obma in because he was going to bring change. "Doing what Bush did" is not exactly change is it ?

I'm all for background checks for every working person...when we came here on a visa we had background checks done and why shouldn't it be done on a government employee who is getting health care and other benefits....if he can't pass a background check some one else will

There's no such thing as a freaking "czar". It's a word made up by the media. Some of the actual positions that are called "czars" require Senate confirmation, and some don't. What's the big deal. Basically, there isn't one. It's all just another bag of rightwing hot air...

No, and he lives in the White House too, and flies around on Air Force One. Just like Bush. Boy, am I disappointed...

This is America. There shouldn't be any czars.

Before you know it, they'll want to consolidate them all into one with absolute power.

They are all part of the Executive Branch..in the right place if that ever should occur. All of them can invoke Executive privilege.
