Rhodes should be immediately court martialed and forced to repay every single penny that the tax payers paid for her education....with interest.....AFTER she gets out of the brig.

Captain Rhodes entered the Army in March of 2005 and presently serves as a medical doctor. The American taxpayers paid for her third and fourth years of medical school and financially supported her during her subsequent medical internship and residency program. In exchange for this valuable free medical education, Captain Rhodes agreed to serve two years in active service in the Army. She began that term of active service in July of 2008 and had no concerns about fulfilling her military obligation until she received orders notifying her that she would be deployed to Iraq in September of 2009.
Taitz's comments to TPM going after U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land violate section 6068(b) of the California Business & Professions Code, the complaint charges. That section of the law requires attorneys to "maintain the respect due to the courts of justice and judicial officers."
She told TPM yesterday: "Judge Land is a typical puppet of the regime -- just like in the Soviet Union."

The procedure when I was in was to send the sailor/soldier to the brig for the duration of the deployment. When the unit returned stateside, the person would be released with a less than honorable discharge. The last think you want is malingers in a war zone.
Just stamp all her official medical documents with a less than honorable discharge statement.

he says she wanted him to say that kreep (the lawyer who is now representing 2 of the plaintiffs) offered to buy the kenyan birth certificate he has "in order to bury it". she also wanted him to vouch for the OTHER birth certificate she has (or i think she just has a photo of it, actually).
how on earth does she think she can present 2 completely different birth certificates in court as real? i love how despite at least 2 judges patiently explaining things to her, she still thinks she can waltz into court and say "here are 2 birth certificates i can't prove are real. plus an aol poll proves that everyone in the world thinks obama was born in kenya. now he has to prove that his birth certificate is real."
oh and it seems that subodh chandra is quite the star in the blog world. so far the freepers haven't been able to find anything on him except the fact that he's a democrat and an obama supporter. so of course their conclusion is that obama has personally asked/paid him to file his complaint.
