Meson, maybe you can help me with this. Looking at Page 110 of the transcript, seems like the Court wants this thing to go up on appeal regardless of what he rules. Is that what he's saying? Am I misunderstanding?
Where would an appeal go, to the 9th Circuit?

he says she wanted him to testify that he supplied her with *both* fake birth certificates - the one he's got with the footprint and the one she has a photo of. and that kreep tried to buy the footprint certificate from him on ebay with the intent to "bury" it. and a bunch of other stuff.
of course i don't find him to be the most trustworthy person either. and his declaration is just as discursive and loopy as any orly motion. but this infighting is hilarious.
hahaha i'm still reading it and he spends multiple paragraphs extolling the virtues of charles lincoln (orly's paralegal), consistently referring to him as "the renowned charles lincoln III", even listing his websites and soliciting donations for him! what the hell?
and he's alleging that he "personally witnessed" orly sleeping with lincoln! and he's quoting, supposedly verbatim, a long and detailed remark from lincoln about how orly is in bed. this just gets funnier and funnier! is it for real, i wonder?
