Come on now. You and I both know that 80% of the "R"s like whatever they are told to like. If O'Reilly and Beck tells them to like the public option, they'd be all for it. The remaining 20% are able to form their own opinions, but unfortunately they are the minority.
I doubt it. You're guilty of generalizing. There are things O'Reily says I don't agree with and some things I do. I'd venture to say that many others who watch him probably fall into that same category, as uncomfortable as that notion may be to you.

Well said, what's sad is the majority of the people on this forum are drones who blindly follow one party or the other. A Drone Republican has to like every Fox anchor, hate the Public Option, love guns, hate abortion. Drone Democrats have to love Ted Kennedy, love the Public option, support abortion, love Anderson Cooper
I'm a Republican but I can't stand Glenn Beck, hate the Public Option, support abortion, support prayer in school, love Hannity...
It's just sad that people can't be individuals and are instead taught to believe political parties are like sports teams and that you have to love every facet of that party/ideology or you are a traitor. I could care less if O'reilly supports the public option. I hate the public option but I still have a lot of respect for O'reilly. We can disagree.
I think the majority of Americans are like us, unfortunately they don't post on this forum. It's so black/white here.

NINA OWCHARENKO: Well, it has massive new federal regulation. So you don’t necessarily need a public option if the federal government is going to control and regulate the type of health insurance that Americans can buy.
O’REILLY: But you know, I want that, Ms. Owcharenko. I want that. I want, not for personally for me, but for working Americans, to have a option, that if they don’t like their health insurance, if it’s too expensive, they can’t afford it, if the government can cobble together a cheaper insurance policy that gives the same benefits, I see that as a plus for the folks.

I stick to it. I said the same about Dems. 80% of people "R" or "D" don't bother to look into things and research issues, and simply go with whatever Glenn Becks, Limbaughs, O'Reilly's, or MSNBC anchors or left MSM say, trur or not. The health care debate proved it. Very few people bothered to do any fact checking, and they simply repeated the misinformation they had heard from either right wing MSM or left wing MSM.
Hey differences of opinion make the world go round. O'Reilly happens to be wrong on this issue.
Oh so if its not your opinion it's "wrong?" I agree, differences of opinion are good. But to say someone else's opinion is wrong just because its not the same as yours is a little unfair
O'Reilly is more suited to selling auto parts than political commentary.
