I'm sure the poster who have been on here posting every deposition and hearing in her (ridiculous) filings will ignore this story, unless it's to denounce the judge. But here goes;

Clay Land, US District Court (11th Circuit); dismissed a suit brought by Army Captain Connie Rhodes, who like the rest of the deluded Taitz followers doesn't believe that Obama is the President. At the same time the judge ordered Taitz that he'd consider sanctions if she filed any more "frivolous" briefs in his court. Unfortunately, Taitz, like a lot of right wing posters on here, doens't do so well with written, or spoken English.

This week Taitz decided to accuse the judge of committing treason! She wrote that; there is increasing evidence that the courts in the 11th circuit are subject to political pressure, political control and most likely, subservience to the same illegitimate chain of command which Plaintiff has protested in this case".

The judge wrote; "competent counsel would have understood the part of the law..."

Yeah, not exactly the kind of thing to you want to say about a judge who is going to be ruling in your case.

The judge sent notice to (nut-job) Taitz asking her to respond within 10 days about why he should not slap some (very expensive) sanctions on her.

I love it when the system works.

She should be willing to put her money where her mouth is.
I'm sure a lot of people here will be willing to send her cash.

Sounds like the Jack Thompson disbarment. Competent people should know better, but some people seem to go crazy.

I bet it will be an interesting show.

it's also worth noting that when she re-filed, her client, capt. rhodes, first heard about it on the evening news.

she didn't even inform rhodes that she was re-filing, let alone secure her permission.

rhodes has written a letter to the judge saying that she accepts his decision, she is going to iraq, and that she is writing a complaint to the california bar about taitz.

this on top of two of her witnesses in keyes vs. obama (both prominent obama conspiracy theorists themselves) saying that she asked them to lie under oath. and the poor woman still believes that the fact that the judge in that case has set a tentative trial date means it's actually going to trial. not a good week for orly. the week of october 5th, when the motion to dismiss is heard & likely granted in keyes vs. obama, is going to be even worse, i guess. and suddenly judge carter will be a treasonous socialist puppet of obama instead of a great patriot who respects the constitution.

At least she fixed her website.
Now it looks, you know, professional.

Boy is that a professional looking website. I would never have looked at it but you seemed excited about how good it looked.

While I was there I saw an e-mail address that you could surely use to tell her how proud you are of her new site. dr_taitz@yahoo.com

I also found an interesting message from someone who called himself Steven Neunschwander and proclaimed to be a retired judge. Now I have no proof that he is what he claims but the letter was very interesting concerning Judge Land and how he has comported himself. You can see the whole letter by scrolling down nearly all the way to the bottom of the page and it is very easy to see. His concluding words include these:

Captain Rhodes and tens of thousands other Americans stand in arms way as they serve to protect and defend this country against all enemies foreign and domestic. They sacrifice with little regard to their own personal safety so that others, like you, may continue to enjoy the protection granted by the Constitution. You sir, if you are unable to stand up against those that threaten you are simply a coward. A person, when called by both God and Country has decided to hide behind an artificial symbol, your robe, and desecrate the flag, the Constitution and the public you serve.

I know not which scenario you apply. However, regardless, you are directed by your oath of office to adjudicate, provide due process and ensure right of grievance as protected rights under the provisions of the Constitution of the United States of America.

I await, your honor, for you to stand tall and brave and have the “right stuff” and dismiss your show cause against Attorney Taitz and permit her plaintiff the due process and right to address grievance as provided under American law.

Do you suppose there really is a Steven Neunschwander? I don't know. I like his letter and thought you may like to see it since it is on that professional website.

If I bothered to write her an email it would be to let her know that she is making even a larger jackass of herself than before (if that is possible).

BTW...Don't you know what a rhetorical question is?
