Obviously all Christian believers celebrate such news, but it is good news also to those who, in the past eight years, have expressed their fear of the coming Muslim take-over of the world.

You must be running with a different crowd of fundies. The "choice" they give you is to sign up or go to he!!. And they always want to argue if you say you are not interested.
No, I am not a christian. I was born not a christian, investigated it and rejected it as not true. I choose to open my eyes and mind to all possibilities. Such a freedom is denied to christians as they are compelled to believe their buybull and gawd. No freedom at all.

Just for reference, I went to seminary for two years before totally rejecting christianity. Perhaps your narrow mind should expand before attacking others of whom you have no knowledge.
The truth is what it is! Christ is the way! Any other way WILL NOT work.
