I find it most ironic that the Republican presidential debate was held at the library of President Ronald Reagan ("Iraq takes center stage at Republicans' debate," May 4).
Many of the candidates attempted to indicate how they were similar to President Reagan.
Several stated how they, too, would fight the terrorists of the world and how Iran was the terrorist state.
However, I did not hear anyone mention that the Iran-Contra scandal, which provided weapons to Iran, occurred during the administration of President Ronald Reagan. I guess that is another inconvenient truth.
Well lets not hold a debate at the Clinton Library then. He continued the tradition of Reagan and Bush Sr. by continued arms sales to foreign countries.

Yeah , It is amazing that we did not hear anything about Iran -contra from twenty years ago, considering the moderator and the other obsurd questions being asked!!

To which ENEMY states?
Which ones were ILLEGAL and when questioned did he conveniently develop amnesia about?

What's REALLY amazing is people laugh off selling weapons to an ENEMY of our country and get all het up about a BJ.
Personally, I'd prefer a bus load of dwarf hookers arriving at the White House every night to an enemy aiming illegally obtained US weapons at me.
I know you probably got excited but read my entire statement
I said I would prefer the dwarf hookers than having a US made weapon pointed at me that was illegally sold to the holder.
I'll stand behind that 100%.
Sorry but LOLOLOL!!!!! Take time to visualize a Greyhound pulling up at the ol' White House and a parade of scantily clad, heavily made up dwarf hookers piling out!! I'm sitting here laughing like a banshee! Take a minute to giggle boys! Very humorous indeed, burdell!

What if those Dwarf Hookers were carrying the US made weapons!
