Yeah, I edited my post when the other's linked to the updates.

Doesn't matter though, Maddow and Olbermann would never work for Murdoch even if he ended up with it. But few sellers are happy to sale to Murdoch. Witness the angst about the conservative WSJ being sold to him.

I think CNN is more center-left or "left leaning". MSNBC is more the "left counter" to Fox News.

Maybe Rush will buy it. Just imagine Maddow, Olbermann and Matthews jumping to Comedy Central or E! News if that would happen.

I think CNN is right-leaning. But I agree that MSNBC is clearly represents the left on many of it's shows. Morning Joe, not so much. Chris Matthews....eh...he has his moments. Maddow, Olbermann and Schultz -- clearly left.

Chris Matthews makes me cringe with his faux balanced views. He certainly doesn't have the gift of hiding his liberal bent, that's for sure. If there is one man that I could reach through the TV screen and knock a few teeth out, it would definitely be Chris Matthews.

Since MSNBC is an arm of the DNC I will guess the White House will try to block it in the name of fairness. If FOX is an arm of the GOP then MSNBC would be the same for the democrats.
