Yes, I beleive he is nuts. He offers nothing but partisan BS, and yet millions worship him. He flipped last year around the time when Huckabee made the comments about mormons. Beck is a cultist (mormon) himself, and was deeply offended, and it was around that time that he went from politically neutral to pure partisan. Then of course he joined FOX and got his new marching orders, and its been all downhill from there.
