And I love the shock that comes when someone who I think will post one way says something completely different than what I would've expected. It gives me some faith that dialog can still happen no matter how disparate the viewpoints are. Nice thread, obo!
Thnx. I saw you mention you were a psychologist. Nice... Your post reflected that.

Don't sweat it. Everybody needs validation sometimes. Isn't that why we have rep points here?

Haha - not sure if that's a good thing or not!

To be fair, I'm more "former psychologist" than anything right now, though. Currently I'm "full-time mommy" who visits this forum to try to get the theme song from "Elmo's World" out of her head

Before I signed up on this forum apparently they had "negative" points which must mean your points could get taken away if someone didn't like your posts. Can you imagine? That would super suck. I'm proud of where I am w/my rep points, only a couple hundred more I think & I get a gold star. Woohoo!!

They had to change it because everyone kept getting shot down to zero and below.

You would undoubtedly have your gold star by now but it seems that everytime I try to rep you they tell me to spread the love around.

Speaking of rep points, there are some people on CD that have millions of points. How in the world do they get that many? I know there has to be a trick to that.
