Well Hell's Bell's... Imagine that, under a trillion. I can see the nuts on FAUX News now with that fair and balance spin...
And just to keep in that it in perspective.
Roughly half of that 849 Billion over ten years would be paid by shifting Federal funds already being spent.
That's breaks down to just 45 Billion per year in additional taxes needed to pay for it. (All paid for by taxes on household income over $250K per year)
45 Billion amounts to only 1.5% of the Federal Budget.

Senate Majority Harry Reid's health care bill will cost $849 billion, cut the deficit by $127 billion and cover 94 percent of eligible Americans, said a Senate Democratic leadership aide. The bill will reduce the number of uninsured by 31 million.
A cloture vote could come as early as Friday, but is more likely to come Saturday, the aide said.
That is until we find out what is not included, what they will have to cut to get there and how many Americans it doesn't include. Does it also depend on everyone under 10 and over 80 dying?
They'll cost less than 5% of what today's uninsured are costing.
Your basing this figure based upon what facts?
