Not that I particularly like this but, unless you're actually going to Denmark as a protester, this doesn't directly affect you.

I wonder how many people sitting in the U.S. will read this and bemoan "losing their constitutional rights to Denmark"

Do we have Constitutional rights in Denmark like those who are fighting and killing our soldiers in Afghanistan do if they get captured? I didn't know that but I bet Denmark doesn't have a Miranda doctrine either.
