It's not so much that they are biased but that their polling is only of "likely voters" which makes the responses invalid as true public opinion. Their polling is geared toward enabling politicians to do what likely voters want, thus currying their favor, and not what most people want. Biggest problem with Rasmussen is that it's not valid research for the way it's commonly used, not that it's biased.
