I'm curious to know what political happenstance occured to lead him to conclude that it was a "pact with the devil." I need to read up on Haiti's past.
Interesting dichotomy. You don't believe in God. You don't believe in Hell. But you understand enough about each to hypothetically call on one in order to secure the wrath of another? Very interesting. Something tells me there's something nagging inside you that tells you that both are real.
Is it common for you to rationalize something that you "know" is not real?
