Yes, unfortunately there are some loons at these meetings and the MSM just loves to concentrate on them, making some sheeple think that's what most are. They are in the very, very small minority.

History repeats itself, and over and over again the Left makes excuses for tyrants. They claimed Mao was a "agrarian reformer", Castro a "freedom figher", and today insist that Chavez is a "Democratic Socialist". The Left will refuse to see Obama for what he is unless they actually see the hammer and sickle flying over the Whitehouse.

Nobody is "afraid" of them, what are you? 12?

We just think they are clueless.

I'm not afraid of teabaggers, but I can see why some are.

1. Lunatic fringe
2. Extremely *****ed off
3. Gun toting and angry as hell
4. Redneck
5. Racist
6. Calling for a coup against the government
7. Reactionary
8. Blind sheep who will do anything a pundit tells them
9. Crazy
10. Crazy

In summary, many people fear an angry crazy idiot who owns a gun.

What are you talking about? I suppose the outcome of a democratic election (assuming you don't like the result) is "tyranny"?

I don't like the tea parties because they have been co-opted by the worst part of the Republican party (the neocon/religious Right).

Obama's favorable rating is at 52%. You think 52% of Americans are delusional, and that you know better than all of them?

Pollster.com: National Favorable Rating: Barack Obama

Yup. Their calling for a coup also basically raises the idea that they are attracting domestic terrorists.
