Because liberals hate free speech i.e. any opinion that differs from their own, they want to outlaw debate and differences of opinions and classify them as hate speech so then they can fine these people for being racists and then the government will be able to steal even more money (i.e. the rich get richer and the middle class gets wiped out, and America loses more and more of its ideals and it's value of democracy).
