Thats only one payment, taxes are over $6K a year, which still seems cheap.. Property taxes are one of those taxes hardest felt by the poor..

Actually the total tax bill on her mansion is $7,480. Bachmann couldn't even be bothered to pay the first half..

A million dollar mansion and she can't be bothered to pay $3,814 in taxes? Maybe Bachmann thinks she's too good to pay taxes like the rest of us..

Good, she can keep doing her job, with no slap on the hand just like the crook Charlie Rangel.

You have evidence to show that Bachmann pays her tax bill herself and not the mortgage company? You also have evidence to show Bachmann isnt paying them? Wow, where is this evidence?

Chances are the website you used as a source is searching online property tax records which are notoriously late to be updated. I've noticed that it takes anywhere from 30 - 45 days for the online public tax records to catch up with the real tax office records which show when you actually paid them.

Even if the story is indeed true I'll take 5 days late over some of the yahoos in the current admin. who would have never paid their taxes if they hadn't been caught. Their missing payments make $3K look like pocket change.
