Can you please tell me EXACTLY what is unconstitutional about the law?

That is NOT what the law says. It states that if someone is stopped because of say speeding they can be asked to produce proof of residency. They can NOT be stopped just because they look a certain way. There has to be just cause to stop them, in other words they have done something WRONG.

How can it be unconstitutional if it doesn't do anything that the federal law doesn't?

The president of Mexico is here to work on mutual problems to do with the drug cartel, border violence and curbing illegal immigration. I would think those are issues we could all get behind instead of nitpicking a standing ovation.

The new AZ law is only dividing the far left hussein obamabaggers from the resty of the sane people in this country. ALL the polls show that the MAJORITY of the country overwhelmingly support what AZ did. The Democrat congress has shown time and time agan that they will do all they can to work against America, have no respect for America or it's citizens. They are a cesspool of traitors.

This is a huge head-fake by the Azzhat Prez to cover up the energy bill (TAX) he passed overnight.
Obama makes me vomit in my mouth a little every time I see his mug.

It will lead to racial profiling and everyone knows it.

Arizona's immigration law twists the Constitution in the pursuit of illegal immigrants

Can you or can you not show us where this law allows racial profiling?
