Popeye's is not a chicken restaurant, it is an onion ring restaurant.
I read about the prospective Popeye's (on here, actually) last June or July. They better hurry up, because KFC just doesn't do it for me any more. It's not Bojangles, but it will definitely do in a pinch!
Zaxby's also has their logo (among other restaurants) on a "coming soon" sign in front of the former Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart. They seem to be redeveloping the property with four or five restaurants already planned.

well I just tried coming from Crosstown Parkway earlier when showing a house and was blocked!! I was surprised that have blocked from a side street to Crosstown. Me, heck I went around one to get to get to Crosstown, turned left and there was another one! Just enough room to make it by,but SO glad there was not a cop there! When did they do this and how come we didn't know about it?!

SO they have started the Crosstown extension!!!!
Awesome!!! <~~ Not about all your detours but about the start of the extension!! That is great and exciting news!
We take Village Green Drive to get to a few places and that is where the Crosstown Parkway is supposed to meet up with US1. That will make getting to I95 MUCH easier/faster.
