That's rough, they must be having some serious issue or they're changing out equipment--but planned hardware issues usually don't take this long to resolve so something else is going on. Surprised it's taking this long to fix it.

Yes, most of my problems were related to TV but I had some with the internet but they seemed to solve that pretty quickly.
But I cannot stand a company that I am paying that does not answer the phone when I need them.
It's like buying a car and then finding out that you can no longer get parts and service for it.
My advantage here of course is that I did not own anything, and they had no contract with me.

If this government site:

Search Results: Broadband Providers for this Area - prescott,-az - National Broadband Map - National Broadband Map (http://tinyurl.com/4sf5g5j - broken link)

is accurate, why would anyone seeking fast internet go with Cable One?

Cable One isn't even listed so who knows where it falls on that map? I wouldn't extrapolate meaning based on that page.

I think what they are trying to say is that in a search of 3 MBPS and above CableOne does not show, therefore they do not offer higher speeds?
Beats me, I dumped them after a couple of months.

The page has a category for slower speeds and it is empty. Cable One does not appear at all. Thus I think the statistic here is inaccurate.

No~~~~
Say it isn't true.
Perhaps CableOne did not pay for advertising on the site. You just never know.
Sometimes you can't believe everything you see or read.

The information on that site is from the service providers, and is often quite optimistic.
