Because the ruling on the field was "what looked like a fumble to some", but was ruled down. They didn't have the guts to overturn it. Had it been ruled a fumble, they would also not have overturned the ruling on the field.
What would be a shame would be if that call determines the outcome. It will in some way affect the Giants momentum.

The guy at Packers.com was amazed, they said stands, instead of confirmed. Something they saw but he is going to ask for an explanation, he is from Packers up in the booth, said fumble, go figure. I always read their live feed during games.
Manning has all day to throw, Packers need to tighten up their defense and stop with all the drops, geesh 4 so far. Rodgers should not be the number one rusher.
