Well... a few of us last week started 1-0. It's always a great feeling to begin the week with a W, right?

This week, I began Week 2 at 0-1. Baltimore almost came back, but the Bengals prevailed.

A lesson in humility? Maybe for some, but seriously, who really enjoys a loss in sports?

So, onward we trudge, as we move on to Sunday!

I am 0-2 for Thursday nights this season. I think I missed almost every Thursday night game last year.

Not to worry, Cat Man. We all miss games here and there. Believe me, the so-called experts are just as hit-and-miss as anyone else on the planet.

Which planet, you ask? Which ever one they hail from.

Regardless of the weekday, I was notorious at picking one in particular which always lost when I picked 'em. Care to guess which one that STILL is?

You're right. Thursday Night Football is a bump in the road. A blemish. A burr in our saddle.

DOWN with TNF!

Good for the Bengals. Bad for most of us who picked the Ravens!

Notice the Bengals won both of their games by a count of 34-23?

I want the Thursday night game moved to Monday night. Double headers every Monday like Week 1.

61% of the 200 or so "Experts" picked the Ravens

100% of them I think picked the Saints last week too

I refuse to watch Thursday night games for two reasons; first because of player injuries and two almost all of them are unwatchable.

PS, Calico the only problem with the Monday night doubleheader is that some people aren’t willing to stay up that late.

That's why you make the late game a west coast game, like they do Week 1.
