thank god this season is finally over.

RG3 needs to work on fundamentals, we've got cap money to find another wide receiver. draft picks and cap money to beef up offensive and defensive lines, and time to find a new coaching staff.

Shanahan has the same winning percentage as Jim Zorn did. Four years later, the Redskins have made zero progress from the disastrous 2009 season.

It has to be like salt in the wound to know you had the second worst record and you don't have your first round pick next year.

No joke! I am sure the St Louis Lambs are very appreciative!

Unless he has the stones to bench RGIII for underperformance the next head coach will be handicapped from the beginning. I don't think RGIII is very well liked or respected by his teammates; at his press conferences he seems to say all the right things but he speaks in such a monotone as if he's bored by the whole thing. He speaks with more animation in the Subway commercials. I think those free agents who are able to get away, will.

hey, look at the bright side, at least all the teams we hate didn't make the playoffs either. the ravens, the cowgirls. I can live with philly making the playoffs, but they won't make it past New Orleans

Ya know...I'm starting to get the same vibe. I hope we're wrong, but for some reason I too feel as though the locker room doesn't love him the way we fans do. that's not good. I hope this season has humbled Robert some and he will come back a focused and humbled.

and as far as a coach that's willing to bench Robert, I've read a few articles saying Art Briles is "all in" to come to the NFL.

I just want to know who had final say on bringing back RGIII early....Shanny is obv the fall guy, We know there was extreme pressure from everyone even though it was the wrong thing to do....

terrible how everything shook out in that organization....they won't get any draft picks now...they are screwed...
