Even though I have not made my official predictions yet, I believe the Cowboys do have a chance. They should, at least, make the NFC Championship game. And they need to get off to a fast start.
I don't have anything to gain on this as I'm not a huge fan, but they have a chance here. It is important that they get out the gate quick. I don't see a soft spot on this schedule. As JJG says, all the pieces are in place. Wade Philips needs to show that he belongs at the helm here. Some people can be great position coaches their whole coaching careers but not get it done as the head man. IMO he needs to get it done this year and get to the Super Bowl. I believe he will be replaced if he doesn't.
It should be a good year. Cowboys fans, in cse you didn't know, the Cowboys are featured on this year's Hard Knocks on HBO. It started last week and comes on Wednesday nights. Last week showed Marion Barber knocking a linebacker silly in blocking drills and a great battle between T.O. and Pacman.
Anyway, the 'Boys have the talent and I think Wade wont be as, let's say.... soft, as he was last time we played the Giants. We all know how that went......
If:
-Tony keeps his head in the game
-everyone stays healthy
-T.O. keeps playin "good boy" and doesn't drop anything
-Pacman stays out of trouble
.... we WILL win the Super Bowl. Mark my words.....
How about the Cowboys win ONE playoff game before you start talking about a Superbowl victory? They haven't proven that they can even get past the first round with Romo at the helm.

GREAT point!! When was the last time they won a playoff game anyway? I think they look great on paper, but I do think that Wade Philips is not a very good post season coach, just look at his record, he stinks!
