True, they are working the airwaves trying to get Packer fans to buy them. Rodgers being out, people didn't act on their tickets. My friends were debating on theirs, too. There will be 49er fans in the stands, their QB lived in Wisconsin as a kid and still has a big family in the area.
Weather is always an issue, too! It is going to be brutal, with the late afternoon game, single digits, snow showers!

I got an e-mail urging me to buy tickets from Ticketmaster- I almost fell out of my chair. I wish I could go, but not only would I have to shell out money for tickets but then also for airfare and hotel, plus I can't get the time off work. Oh, well. Go Pack go.
I live close enough (40 minutes) but can't handle that kind of cold anymore, wish I could. There is nothing like going to Lambeau, I just want to go in better weather!!! Packers have a video feature on their website about the weather for Sunday.
Local Fox station just announced 10,000 tickets left and Packers spoke person is saying the game will not be blacked out.
Those two games consist of a pair of games within the conference against teams that have the same divisional finish and are not in the division that is your home or rotation.
Great info! I was unaware the remaining 2 games were scheduled this way. I always wondered why Packers got stuck playing great teams each year. 49ers, Falcons this year. Saints & Giants last year. I guess that's what they get for conquering the NFC North each year.
I thought they left a couple games open where they could schedule entertaining match ups like Patriots vs Manning.
I missed last weeks part one but it looks like the NFL Channel will repeat it tomorrow afternoon. NFL Films is SUCH a class operation! Part 2 was excellent, and I enjoyed the back story with Lombardi's son, Jerry Kramer, Bart Starr and Willie Davis providing more commentary. If there was anyone I would have liked to have heard from, it would have been Paul Hornung.
Bart Starr and Jerry Kramer are great guys and are still such a part of the Packers. The organization embraces previous players (almost and I'm sure they are working on the other one)!
NFL films is awesome, I watch the SB 45 DVD now and then. Packers and their history is so amazing, young fans don't get it, saying the Packers, Bears (other teams) are so over hyped. I'm sorry certain teams from the very beginning of the NFL deserve the respect and so called hype.
