Walk barefoot as much as possible. It is healing in many ways.

Nope: I am an INTJ - in a rare female appearance on Earth.

After much research, I decided my tritype:

9w1, 4w5, 5w4

To put it simply:
945

5w6 looks like it could be a head fix… but 5w4 looks more likely.
4w5 is definitely my heart fix.
9w1 is my main type.

I can empathize with the emptiness of the So/Sx/Sp variant, which is also the variation most seen with ENFP. I can also, however, feel a slight resonance with So/Sp/Sx.

It seems like I keep trying to relax, but I'm just spent…
I don't have any energy left inside me to feel enthusiasic or energetic or happy or at peace with anything, anymore. I am seeking meaning, but it eludes me…

Can you write down a general sketch of your daily activities . . . I would like to see how you spend your energy.

It sounds like you need a coach.

You might already have very entrenched habits.

You have a very strong "head" presence for a Nine . . .

Nines and Ones are "gut" types . . .I am not feeling the "gut."

You are coming across very Five-ish to me with all of the thinking and obsessing - but maybe that is just you "deteriorating" and going to Six.

What do you think?

Possibly…

I really just don't know anymore.

I used to feel better…

-----------------------------------------------

I compared 5 vs 4, 4 vs 9, and 9 vs 5.

I look more like a 5 than a 4.
I look more like a 9 than a 4.
The distinction between 5 and 9 was very unclear to me…
Looking at it carefully, I could be a 5 with a 9 fix.
I wish there was a way to tell for sure…

I noticed it said Albert Einstein was a 5w4 and Walt Disney was a 9w1. Both were ENFP.

I guess I have to see if I'm more like Einstein or Disney.

Now that the sun is setting, I'm feeling a little better…

There is something about the night that gives me a high of mental energy. It is better on winter nights, but I can resolve myself at least a little better when there isn't a huge orb of heat and light distracting me.

It is frustrating to have a day-oriented schedule when I really feel better when it's dark.

You know, I have a desire to move to Anchorage, Alaska…

I guess the basic fear and basic desire for 5 line up better…

I am trying to help the family, but I can never seem to do it well enough…

I try to be as polite and docile as I can, but no matter what I do…I'm put down, beaten, and affirmed that I'm just not fit enough to survive out there in the world...

Your task is to find ways to esteem yourself. If you are pretty free for the summer, concentrate on doing this. There are many ways: Inspirational writings, nature, etc. It is useless to collude with anyone who would put you down. Find good things about yourself and affirm them. On YouTube there are many inspirational videos. I think there is one called "500 Positive Affirmations" or something. It is layered, subliminally with positive affirmations. You should run it in the background until you reprogram yourself.

What have you done positive for yourself today?

ENFP is the most introverted of the extroverts. We tend to be best described as "ambiverts".

INFP's mistyping as ENFP is unheard of, but ENFP's mistyping as INFP's is very common…

I am tied up being a snowcone salesman this summer…

Positive…

This is harder than it sounds…

Today I…

Is there an easier way to break in? I've been feeling pretty useless the past few months, really…

I really can't think of anything I've done positive for myself…

I held my dog today…

That's the best I can do for now…

I guess I decided on 5 over 9…

That's good. Start with that. Did you eat healthy? Did you smile? Did you go outside? Did you appreciate anything? What else?

I think you should talk to your mom about getting you to the doc to check your health and medications. Tell the doctor how rotten you feel!
