I have a nice fresh cheese and raspberry danish... and I was saving it for when i had time to sit down and make coffee, because coffee and danish go so well together. Well I just finished my coffee and I forgot about the danish. So i have to have ANOTHER cup of coffee but later because now it's too close to supper. Life can be chaotic.
Yesterday I had lunch in a nice restaurant, salad to start. The croutons were stale. The croutons. Were. Stale.
Stale croutons! That ain't right!

I don't think I am accomplishing much today. I'm retired, I tell myself, I don't have to accomplish anything. But I feel bad because I'm not accomplishing anything. Except, I made brownies.
We love cats, too.

Oh I do hope your danish stays fresh that long. It's so disappointing trying to eat a forgotten danish.
I cannot find White Rain hair mousse anywhere. It is the very best for setting my friends on fire, recreationally, no other kind works so well, and no one carries it now. Very frustrating.

Have you tried Amazon? They have LOTS of things to help set your friends on fire. Who knows? They may even have an old Pinto. (Only old people will get that reference)

I just ordered some online. Now...we wait...
I went to a dollar store today, they are about the only place that usually has it in stock but lately none of the local ones do...and so I tried another brand, but it did not burn. Failure. Also I bought a white chocolate Twix bar, thinking THAT sounded like a good idea. It isn't very good.
Disappointing candy bars are disappointing.
