Edgewater Drive Closing March 2
In case you haven't heard the news or seen the flashing warning signs, Edgewater Drive will be closed to through traffic beginning at 1 am on Monday March 2 due to the EP2 Edgewater Widening Project. The affected sections of Edgewater will be open to local traffic only and accessible as noted on the attached map. Project personnel estimate that the road will be closed for about two (2) years while the widening project is in process.
If you were planning to travel through this area, please make plans for an alternate route and allow extra time.Edgewater Dr Closing March 2-edgewater-map.jpg

Looks like your commute just got longer, Mike! Maybe you can leave your car on the other side of the Sunrise and just use your floating dock section as a ferry to get across the creek to it.

Will the boat launch remain open during the Edgewater project?

Since there is no access to the boat launch from Lake View, my guess is it will be closed. Having access will require the use of Edgewater, which is closed.

Not sure how that can happen. The drive off Lake View does not connect to the boat launch drive, unless they connected the two recently.
