The Rounda bout is open and it works, just not very well... The Diameter is obviously too small.

I like it, but was curious about what will happen when people start towing their 25'+ boats through there. No problem for the tow-er, but some idiot will try and get on the inside or outside of them. It is a little narrow....but should work out great if people learn how to use it.

Not a real issue for me I too drive a 6800# Full Size Crew Cab 4X4 Pickup .. but I have witnessed it and I have since , stopped and talked to CCSO.. They where already on it..

Harbor Boulevard will be closed north of Edgewater Drive to local traffic ONLY from 10 a.m., Monday, Nov. 30 through 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 21.
Drivers will not be able to access the Edgewater Drive intersection from the north and can follow a local detour to U.S. 41. Harbor Boulevard south of Edgewater Drive will be accessible via Edgewater Drive at U.S. 41.
Motorists are asked to use caution and obey signs while navigating detours as crews complete construction in the area

Does this mean one cannot go south on Harbor and turn east on Edgewater now?

Correct.. They are now installing the round-about at Harbor and Edgewater like they did last month at Midway and Edgewater.
