thats to bad. nice guys there. hope they catch the scumbags quickly. the guy in the picture looks like the typical dirtball that is pictured on the sheriffs web site of cons.

Looks like a scumbag meth addict, but he knew what he was doing. He didn't get 40 grand worth of hooks and sinkers in that car - he must have cleaned out all the high end Avet, Fin-Nor and Penn reels. Hope they get the stuff back - the guys at Frank's have always treated me more than right.

yes I hope hes going to be ok that's a lot to loose.
Frank once let me know my shop had been broken into late one night a few year ago when I was a neighbor.

I am friends with Fishin Franks on Facebook. Here is his latest update:

Here is how today went, woke up police called Store was robbed, broken into. Almost all my reels and many rods gone, At first no hope then video, then more video, then a face no name, Then face book and the names came in, then places where he lived, where he worked, who his family is, and where he hangs out, There are still a few things to be worked out
Phones calls by the dozens tips about this, and I went from No hope to this may end way better than I thought. Your help made this difference.

TamRe.....thanks so much for the update from Frank......very encouraging, and we hope he gets everything back in super shape! It must be soooo traumatic for him, and we're so sorry to hear that these things occur.......not only in our beautiful are of Paradise, but.......everywhere.
