The only thing I really know about Deepcreek is that the coyotes there like to eat Chihuahua.

Two have been taken by coyotes in front of their owners in the past month.

I just wanted to thank all of you who helped answer questions the past few months. The trip went well and we saw a lot of the area. (Sarasota to Bonita Springs) Harbor Hopper went the extra mile as a Realtor and Mr. Sunshine's homes were incredible and we will def put anyone we know moving into area in touch with them. In the end my parents put an offer on a place in Estero near Coconut Point. Coming from the city I guess they won't mind how busy it gets in winter. We loved PGI but the homes in their budget (under 400k) typically needed a lot of updates after and they are not fishers or boaters. Again you all live in a lovely area and I thank you for the info you provided the past few months!

Awe, thanks for the kind comments jonmac! That's nice to hear. Their new home is lovely and they will enjoy it for many years (as will you and other family & friends!) Now we just need all the stars to align to get it closed and get your parents moved down!
