Hello! Does anyone have any information on the new community called Traditions at Bella Casa, the new Lennar Homes in Apex? Has anyone looked at the lots and floor plans? Any information on negotiation with this builder will be appreciated. Thanks.

Have a friend who bought in the Lennar community Stonewater (off of HWY 55)-there were more than willing to give you add-ons,upgrades etc., Price can always be negoitated so go in with a good offer and they will work with you to get the deal done.
