Hey everyone!

My wife and me are relocating our business from Europe to the United States. We consider the The Triangle Area as one of the places to relocate to.

We are looking for a small office space (1500 square feet) with VERY little commuting time (5-10 minutes) from a neighborhood with houses in the range of 200-300k dollars. Anyone has any recommendations which area to look at?

We are probably looking to employ around 10 people, mostly tech guys. So close to an area with that kind demographics (like a tech university) would be a plus.

One thing to think about - depending on your budget is one of those managed offices. When we moved over here to setup the business from the UK, we rented office space in RTP via Regus - you pay per month for everything, so internet, phone, desks etc....

We found it worked well as it meant we didn't have to put too much money down in infrastucure and equipment (like a phone system) so we spent the cash on what it was meant for - growing the business...

I know that these places are over the place, not just in RTP, but it could be worth looking at?
