Yeah and I believe there is a 5 dollar mailing charge, plus whatever the rental car company decides to bill you for their inconvience of sending you the bill. You probably just dropped 20 to 25 dollars plus whatever the toll charge was

It's all good - the way they have the site designed you're drawn to the middle as opposed to the sidebars. You are, however, correct that they don't explicitly state what a Class 1 vehicle is. I think from when I signed up that it's a 2-axle privately owned vehicle.
