Anyone know about the area? I was there last week and love it..But I cannot have my own pool. IT IS A REAL BUMMER. Anyone know of a area quite similiar to Broadmoor West? Or is there away around the covenant. I would have to wait till all 110 lots are built for it be voted on. I could be a grandpa by then.. Thanks in advance.......

Have you checked Cleveland Oaks? Quiet s/d. There is a house for sale there with gorgeous inground pool on a corner lot.
