While installation is pretty cookie-cutter in most modern kitchens, it can also get difficult, particularly connecting the vent.
Ergo, installation on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Might try one of the local stores like Garner TV or Jeffrey's.

But, to lock in a "free" installation may mean they have to tack on some significant crying money to be able to offer a fixed cost.

Install should run about $50 unless you need the outlet to be moved or the vent has to be changed.

I'm pretty sure you won't get delivery and installation for free. Unless you buy the exact same model a hanging bracket will need to be installed and new holes will need to be drilled in your cabinet,most likely. The big box stores are going to have a licensed electrician do the install not their regular delivery guy.
