Depending on what Cinebistro has to offer vegetarians/vegans, it's quite possible I'd eat at Barberitos or Whole Foods before the movie.
That said, the theater will apparently have only 85 seats per screen (6 screens I think), with reservations recommended, so I'm not sure how the whole "go to a movie but not order food" thing would work anyhow.
edit: You can see menus from their other locations here: CinéBistro | Town Brookhaven Menu. Pretty spendy!

I'm a vegetarian too and I agree it's nice to find Mexican options that include non-meat proteins, as well as fresh avocados like Barberitos does. Everything was just so bland I couldn't believe it. Even the salsas were flavorless and had no spice to them at all. As far as what I'm comparing to...that would be pretty much any Mexican restaurant in CA.
I also have a personal rule that I never return to a restaurant that serves me anything in styrofoam containers/cups. It's a clear indication of where their priorities lie.
Anyway, I don't want to derail this thread with my ranting.
