Does anyone here live in Holly Pointe or know if there are a lot of kids in the neighborhood. I know that the neighborhood isn't finished being built yet but as of now.

Also is this one of the neighborhoods affected by the new highway?

I love the look of the homes and notice there are a few up for sale. I didn't now if it was related to anything, other than relocation.

Thanks in advance!

I've lived in the new section of Holly Pointe since May and love it there. There are a ton of kids and they always seem to be out playing together. Send me a direct message if you have anymore questions and I'll happily answer.
