Has anyone rebooted their modems today? There is evidence on dslreports that certain nodes had MAXX activated in several nodes around the Triangle this morning. Wake Forest was one of the nodes. I will reboot when I get home from work to see what the results are, but curious if anyone is near their modem currently that had the 16x4 channel bonding in place to test.
Can you post a link to where on dslreports where they're talking about this? Thanks!!
I checked and did not. Looking forward to July 15th if the rumors are true. Since there are folks in the area, although limited, that have MAXX speeds now it looks likely the rumors are true.
I see maybe a little boost. Was consistently getting 36/6.5 yesterday where before I was like 32/5.5 on 30/5 advertised service. Just seems like they must be improving things behind the scenes which is causing better performance.
