He said he paid $16.29. He tipped the driver $3 but she said that there was no need to tip. She said all that was already included. He tipped her anyway!
She was about 5 minutes early. He said he couldn't pre-arrange a time but I haven't been able to speak much to him about it. I know he couldn't pre-arrange it the night before. I guess it all depends on the drivers available.
