Anyone know what they charge for valet parking there? Is it worth it? Is it easy to find parking over there? I'm familiar with the area but have never parked in that section before. I'm going at 5:30-6pm for one of these "free" financial seminars and dinner.

I beleive it's free, but you'll need to tip the valet when they return with your car.

The cost of parking is the least of your financial worries.

I agree.

It might be cheaper in the long run to pay for your own meal. Remember that adage about a free lunch?

Just park in the parking deck underground or near JC Penney and walk. It's not that far. Free.

Oh yes! I'm thinking of that. I still haven't decided if I'm going yet.

I don't know what they charge, but you should be able to find a spot at Penny's just behind the restaurant like already said. That or on the parking garage...I mean parking deck!

I told my partner that I've decided not to go. I was already pretty sceptical but after reading those articles, I'm absolutely terrified.

I will try Ruth Chris some other time when the financial cost is not so high.

My invitation just came in the mail.
Maybe I can grab the filet and pass out business cards after I wolf it down.
At least, until I get tossed....

I went to one of those investment seminars there. Had not been to Ruth Chris before either. This was the one in Durham by Southpoint. If the meal we got is an example of their food I'm glad I wasn't paying for it. We were not impressed by the food at all. And the seminar was nothing to write home about either.
