I cannot read this and not think of Cameron Village, 5 Points, Oakwood, Boylan Heights, and similar DT Raleigh area neighborhoods.
And, of course, Carrboro and Chapel Hill and Durham.

I think the traffic and hustle and bustle in the Triangle cities would mostly pale in comparison to Arlington, VA.
