My son said his English classroom at GHHS was A MILLION DEGREES so i guess that's where all the heat is going. He did say the modular unit was cold and for him that's saying something.

Most teenagers around here don't go to school dressed like Eskimos like some of the little kids do....I wouldn't say most of them even wear long pants or anything more than a hoodie.

How do kids go out to recess? Do they make exceptions for kids who don't have warm clothes?

I have to assume that kids have a jacket.

I went to Harris Teeter at lunchtime to hit up the salad bar, and OH MY WORD, people are already losing their minds. You can even tell in the way people are driving.

Everyone needs to take a deeeeeeep breath. We're all gonna be okay!

Let me guess, bread, milk, eggs are all gone? So we can eat milk sandwiches and crack a raw egg in a tall glass of lukewarm milk. Mmm mmm good.

Get a 12-pack of PBR and a jug of Ms. Butterworths and we can all be eating Beer Battered French Toast for breakfast. Like I said, just a big-old kid at heart....

(Reading my own posts reminds me that TP is usually on the snow-list....)

How'd I do?
You forgot...

1. The parents that will complain that school is closed.
2. The parents that will complain once it has re-opened.
3. The parents that will complain about make up days.

We've got beer, hard lemonade, and wine. No need to go out but we're going to get some burgers later anyway.
